Skills Requirements:

  • Should have good ability in modeling and creation of manufacturing drawings for forged, cast and sheet metal parts in aerospace domain
  • Design the product for DFM/ DFA, proactive approach to review the product design from the industrial processes perspective, make-ability, and measure-ability.
  • Ability to assemble parts to ensure finished product are in processes right product
  • Should have worked on Concept and Detail design having knowledge on Plastic/ Sheet metal parts Familiarity with any one of the standards such as ISO, DIN etc
  • Should have good knowledge on Consumer products/Automotive / Medical products Good knowledge on GD & T. Well versed with welding symbols in Drawing.


2. Senior Design engineer


  • Designation      : Senior Design Engineer
  • Qualification     : BTech (Mechanical) /B.Tech Aero
  • Software           : CATIA
  • Experience       : 4 -6 years
  • Salary               : Per industry standards


Skills Requirements:

  • Should have good ability in modeling and creation of manufacturing drawings for forged, cast and sheet metal parts. Should be able to decide tolerances using GD&T.
  • Work in different phases in design process from Pre scope activates to Product launch for a multitude of products, parts, assemblies and sub assemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, and tolerance.
  • Design the product for DFM/ DFA, proactive approach to review the product design from the industrial processes perspective, make-ability, and measure-ability
  • Identifying early potential failure modes for a product by using DFMEA tool to assess the risk associated with those failure modes, to rank the issues in terms of importance and to identify carry out corrective actions to address the most serious concerns and Preventing design process mistakes
  • Evaluating and optimizing the capability of the design to calculate the capability and if necessary optimize the design in an early stage with Tolerance Analysis by using Tolerance designer Required Skills:
  • Ability to assemble parts to ensure finished product are in processes right product

3. Team lead
Designation      : Team lead
Qualification     : BTech (Mechanical) /B.Tech Aero
Software           : CATIA
Expereince       : 6-8yrs
Salary               : Per industry standards

Skills Requirements:

  • An aerospace/ mechanical engineering graduate having a minimum of 6 plus years of experience in CATIAV5
  • Excellent knowledge on ENOVIA preferred
  • MBD (Model Based Definition) work experience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
  • Excellent knowledge on Designing of Sheet metal, Machined, forging & casting parts
  • Good understanding of aerospace materials, Design & manufacturing processes and standard parts
  • Should have good ability in understanding of manufacturing drawings for forged, cast and sheet metal parts. Should be able to decide tolerances using GD&T.
  • In depth understanding and work experience in GD&T
  • Should have team leading experience
  • Experience of coordination with customer is preferred
  • Tolerance analysis experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Good Knowledge on MS office (MS Excel, power point presentation), VB (visual basics) etc.
  • Responsibilities & Key activities:
  • Team Leading, Review, Record and report the work progress status on daily basis
  • Study/validation of inputs for adequacy and Team mentoring
  • Designing of Mechanical installations for Test Instruments
  • Reviewing of PDR (Preliminary Design Review), CDR (Complete Design Review)
  • Record and report the technical challenges with Technical focal / Onsite coordinator/ Customer.
  • Coordinating with customer on technical queries
  • Peer/ Final quality reviews of deliverables and Manufacturability check
  • Process improvement feedback
